Print payroll report
Printing the payroll reports allows you to review payroll details, share records with stakeholders, and maintain documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
Before you start
To print payroll report, you’ll need the Administrator access level or the View payroll permission enabled.
To print payroll report:
- Navigate to Timesheets -> Payroll.
- Select your desired schedule in the filter.
- Choose the pay period for which you wanted to print the payroll.
- Click the Print drop-down at the top-right corner of the tab.
- Choose either Payroll Summary or Payroll Details.
- Select the relevant fields in the print popup and click Print button.
In Zoho Shifts, you can print a payroll report with the following options:
- Payroll summary: This option lets you print the summary of the selected pay period that shows regular time, overtime, double OT, PTO, total worked hours and pay for the employees for the selected schedule.
- Payroll details: If you prefer to print a detailed report that includes date wise time entries, schedules, hours worked and rate along with the overall summary for each employee.
- Employee payroll report: You can also get the payroll report for individual employee by clicking on the employee name in the payroll report. You can print the detailed report of time entries and payroll data for the employee using the print button on the top right.
