View payroll report
Payroll report allows you to review employee earnings, worked hours, and calculated wages before payroll is finalized. In Zoho Shifts, you can view detailed split of regular worked hours, overtime, double Overtime, paid time-off, total worked hours and relevant wages for the selected pay period.
Before you start
To view payroll report, you’ll need the Administrator access level or the View payroll permission enabled.
To view payroll report:
- Navigate to Timesheets -> Payroll.
- Select your desired schedule in the filter.
- Choose the pay period for which you wanted to view payroll.
You can view employee specific payroll report by clicking on the employee name in the payroll report. This includes the schedule, position, job site, clock in/out time, unpaid breaks, total worked hours and relevant wages for the selected pay period. This helps in reviewing the employee payroll report.
