Clear Shifts

Remove shifts from your schedule all at once, instead of deleting them one by one, with the Clear Shifts option available in Zoho Shifts. Clearing shifts from the scheduled is ideal when you have published shifts by accident or want a fresh start with a clean view, without any draft or published shifts. 

Before you start

To clear shifts for your team, you’ll need the Administrator access level or the Delete shifts permission enabled. You can clear shifts only for the assigned schedules.

To clear shifts

  1. Go to Schedule > Schedule Editor.
  2. Click Tools and select Clear Shifts.
  3. Select Clear Shifts to confirm the deletion of the shifts.
Clearing shifts is based on the calendar view you’re using. The action applies only to the shifts (both draft and published), visible in your current day, week, bi-week, or month view, while keeping employee availability and time off intact.
