Export and print schedules
Exporting and printing schedules help you share shift details, whether offline or online, with your workforce. Zoho Shifts lets you export schedules in common formats or print them based on your preferences.
Before you start
You’ll need the Administrator access level or the Add, edit shifts permission to export or print schedules.
To export schedules
- Go to Schedule > Schedule Editor.
- Click Tools and then Export.
- In the Export Shifts window, specify the Start and End Dates.
- Select the Schedules, Positions, and Job sites you want to include.
- Select from additional export options. You can choose to export only Open Shifts, only Assigned Shifts for specific employees, or both, depending on your requirements.
- Choose either CSV or XLSX format to export the file.
- To protect the file with a password, select the Protect this file with a password checkbox, and then enter the password.
- Click Export to download the file.
The exported file includes shift details such as employee name, shift time, position, and job site, based on your view and filters.
To print schedules
- Go to Schedule > Schedule Editor.
- Select the required view (day, week, biweekly, or month).
- Click Tools, then Print.
- In the Print Schedule window, select the required options, then choose the paper size and orientation.
- Enter Notes (optional).
- Click Print.
To save and reuse print settings in the future, go to Tools > Print Settings, select the desired print options, and click Save Settings.
