Understand how a shift changed over time. When a shift is created, published, reassigned, or traded, Zoho Shifts maintains a record of every update. This gives you a clear view of the changes made, when they occurred, and who made them.
Before you start
To view shift history, you’ll need the Administrator access level or the Add, edit shifts permission. You can view shift history only for your assigned schedules.
To view shift history
- Go to Schedule > Schedule Editor.
- Click on a shift.
- Select Actions, then View History.
Shift history gives you a clear picture of how the shift has evolved over time, with timestamps of each action.
