Export and print timesheets
For better visibility and transparency of worked hours to other managers, admins or payroll team to process it, you will need to distribute the timesheets for a particular schedule, position, employee for a specific pay period or custom period. Options to export timesheets will help you to share them in XLS or CSV format or to print them directly.
Before you start:
Managers or employees with access level permission to Approve timesheet for other employees can perform these actions.
To export timesheets:
- Log in to the web app on your web browser.
- Navigate to Timesheets -> All Timesheets.
- Select the List view.
- Choose the required filters, such as Schedules, Positions, Job Site, Status, or Employees, for more specific timesheets.
- Choose the Date range for the pay period.
- Click [...] next to + Add Time at the top-right corner of the tab.
- Click the Export option
- Choose CSV or XLSX from the Export As option.
- Select the I want to protect this file with a password option if required and add your preferred password.
- Click the Export button.
To print timesheets:
Log in to the web app on your web browser.
- Navigate to Timesheets -> All Timesheets.
- Select the List view.
- Choose the required filters, such as Schedules, Positions, Job Site, Status and Employees to have more specific timesheets.
- Choose the Date range for the pay period.
- Click [...] next to + Add Time at the top-right corner of the tab.
- Click the Print option
- Select One employee per page print option if required.
- Select the Show notes print option if required.
- Click the Print Timesheets button.
