View timesheet edit history
Timesheet edit history is a timeline view that captures all the details of the edits made. This gives a clear record of time entries and changes made for a timesheet like clocking details by the employee or mangers or automatic actions based on settings, source of the time entry, and all the edits made after the work hours. Managers and admins can verify accuracy and maintain transparency in time reporting of worked hours.
Before you start
- Employees or managers who have access to Add, edit other's timesheets will be able to view timesheet edit history.
- This feature is available only on the web app.
To view timesheet history:
- Log in to the web app on your web browser.
- Click Timesheets tab at the top.
- Navigate to All Timesheets menu.
- Select the List or Summary view.
- Click on time entry that you want to view history.
- Click Actions button at the bottom.
- Click View History.
