In Zoho Shifts, you can track worked hours of your employees using the time clock and timesheets, which help you to streamline the payroll process for your employees.
Time clock
Time clock marks the accuracy of the time entries for the employee's working hours. Employees can mark their clock in/out for their shifts using clock in, breaks and clock out actions from the web, mobile or kiosk apps at the workplaces. Based on the time clock settings, various other factors like GPS location tracking, geofencing, automatic clock out, and more get added to the time clock.
Track attendance
Admins and managers can view real time clocking status of their employees from web or mobile apps. For quick and easy glance, we have options to see who's working and no shows for the schedules.
Timesheets
Working hours of all the employees are recorded on the timesheets which helps the admins or managers to review it easily and approve them. Timesheets entry are done in three ways: automatically via employee time clock, manual entry by employees after their shifts, or admins (or managers) adding timesheet entries for their employees.
Review & approve timesheets
Administrator or managers can view the work hour time entries for the employees under the Timesheets tab, edit the time entries if required, review and approve them accordingly.
Export timesheets
Once timesheets are reviewed, it can be exported as CSV or XLSX file for payroll processing. Generate timesheets for specific duration, schedule, positions, employee, job site, and status based on your need.
