How to generate presentations, content, and images using Zia AI

Generate presentations with Zia AI

Zia AI in Zoho Show makes it easy to create complete presentations, design slides, generate custom images, and polish your slide content, all in one place. Whether you’re starting from scratch or improving existing slides, Zia helps you generate, refine, and present with just a few clicks.

Generate a presentation 

Bring your ideas to life in minutes with Zia AI in Zoho Show. Choose your preferred theme, slide limit, content tone, and visual style to instantly generate a complete presentation that matches your needs.
  1. On the listing page, click Generate within Zia AI in the left pane.
    You can also click New Presentation in the top-left corner and select Generate within Zia AI.
  2. Describe your idea in the space provided.
  3. Choose a slide limit:
    Small: 6-8 slides
    Medium: 8-12 slides
    Large: 12-15 slides
  4. Select a content tone that fits your presentation style.
  5. Choose a visual style: content with images or with placeholders.
  6. Pick a theme from the available options and click Generate Presentation.


Generate custom images

Add unique visuals to your slides without switching tabs. Zia AI helps you generate custom images based on your slide content or your own description.
  1. Select the image placeholder in your slide layout.
  2. Click the Generate Image token within Zia AI in the right pane.



  3. Add a description of the image or click Submit to let Zia create one based on your slide content.
  4. Use  to create a new image and  if you feel that the response isn't what you prefer.


Generate new slides

Expand your presentation effortlessly. Zia AI suggests and creates slides that fit naturally with your existing content and style.
  1. Select a slide and click Generate Slide token in the right pane.
  2. Click the Slide Type dropdown and choose from Auto, Agenda, Content, Image, Summary, Q&A, and Thank you slides.



  3. Add a detailed description of the slide, or click Submit to let Zia generate slide(s) based on your existing slides.

Generate content

Zia AI can help you draft slide content in seconds. Whether you need text for a new placeholder or want to add more detail to an existing slide, Zia makes it easy.
  1. Select the placeholder that you prefer to add content.
  2. Click Generate Content token from the right pane under Zia AI.
  3. Add a description of the content or click Submit to generate content based on the slide title or previous slides.
  4. Click on the generated content, and you will find the following options



          1.  Use < or > to toggle between 3 alternatives for the generated content, 
          2.  icon to copy the content; 
          3.  icon to regenerate content
          4. if you do not like the response. 
Notes
You can also find these options in the Generative tab within Zia AI.

Fill slide

Zia can automatically fill an empty layout with content that matches your previous slides.
  1. Add a new slide layout or choose a slide with empty placeholders. 
  2. Click the Fill Slide token in the right pane within Zia AI.
  3. Add a detailed description for the slide, or click Submit to generate slide(s) based on the slide title or previous slides.

More ways Zia can help-

  1. Suggest title: Get a title for your slide based on its content.
  2. Suggest subtitle: Add a relevant subtitle to match your slide.
  3. Enhance: Refine and polish unclear or incomplete content while keeping your original idea intact.
  4. Summarize: Condense detailed text into a clear summary.
  5. Shorten: Reduce your content length to keep slides balanced.
  6. List as bullets: Break down text into easy-to-read bullet points.


Notes
When you are within the Zia tab, select any placeholder and click Zia icon to access a few of the above options.
To use these options:
  1. Select the text or placeholder. 
  2. Click the desired token in the right pane within Zia AI.
  3. Add a description if needed, or just click Submit.
  4. Click on the generated content, and you will find the following options
        1.  Use < or > to toggle between 3 alternatives for the generated content, 
        2.  icon to copy the content; 
        3.  icon to regenerate content
        4. if you do not like the response.
