Share presentations-Externally

The Zoho Show app for Android is a convenient way to share presentations and collaborate with anyone. You can now share presentations with individuals or groups who aren't a part of your organization. The Show app for Android makes it easy to share your presentations on your websites or social media. 
  1. Open the required presentation and tap    in the top-right corner.

You can also long-press a presentation in the listing page and tap Invite collaborators.

The Share screen will open. 

  1. Tap Invite collaborators.


Share presentations through email address:

Share presentations with anyone who is not a part of your organization through their email address. They will be able to access your presentation even if they do not have an Zoho Account. 
  1. Enter the email address of the members in the Add members space. 
  2. By default, the View access will be selected. Tap the Access Level dropdown to provide them with any of the below permissions:
    Edit: Can edit, view and comment on the shared presentation.
    View and Comment: Can view and comment on the shared presentation.
    View: Can view the shared presentation
  3. Enter any notes that you wish to convey to the collaborators in the Add message space. This is optional.
  4. Toggle the Notify People switch to send notifications and tap  in the top-right.


Presentations can be shared with anyone on the internet with the default permissions. 
  1. Tap Permalink and tap Anyone on Internet.
  2. Tap the Access Permission dropdown to provide the collaborators with Edit or View access.
  3. Tap the presentation's link below Share link to copy it.
Customize new external share links and set passwords and expiration date, allow or disallow downloads, and even request user information for the shared link to help restrict access and track activity.
  1. Tap   in the bottom-right.
  2. Enter a name for the link for your reference.
  3. By default the View access will be selected. Tap the Anyone in the team with share link dropdown to assign Edit or View access. 
  4. Toggle the Allow download of files switch on to allow anyone with access to the link to download it.
  5. Toggle the Password Protect Link switch on to protect the confidentiality of your presentation with a password.
  6. Toggle the Set Expiry Date switch on to restrict access to your presentation after the specified date.
  7. Toggle the Request User Date switch on to collect the Name, Phone, and/or Mail of the users who have accessed the presentation. 
  8. Tap <insert icon> at the top-right corner of your screen to create the link.
  9. Tap the More icon next to the link, then tap Copy to share the link.


Remove or stop sharing presentations

  1. Tap the access level drop next to the collaborator's name.
  2. Tap No access.
