Share presentations-Internally
Collaborating on the go has been made effective and seamless with the Zoho Show app for Android. Share presentations with individuals or groups within your organization.
You can share your presentations in the below ways:
- Share presentations through email address
- Share presentations through permalink
- With collaborators
- With anyone in your organization
- Open the required presentation and tap
in the top-right corner.
You can also long press a presentation on the listing page and tap Invite collaboratorsThe Share screen will open.
2. Tap Invite collaborators.
Share presentations through email address:
Add the name or email address of individuals or groups within your organization to provide access to the presentation.
- Enter the name or the email address of the member or the group in the Add member space.
- By default the View access will be selected. Tap the Access Level dropdown to assign any of the following permissions to the collaborators:
Share: Can view, comment, edit, or share the presentation.
Edit: Can edit, view, and comment on the shared presentation.
View and Comment: Can view and comment on the shared presentation.
View: Can view the shared presentation. - Enter any notes that you wish to convey to the collaborators in the Add message space. This is optional.
- Toggle the Notify People switch to send notifications to the collaborators.
Share presentations with collaborators
Copy the link of the presentation to share it with the collaborators who already have access to the presentation.
- Tap Permalink. By default, Collaborators will be selected.
- Tap the link below Share link to copy the link.
Share presentations with anyone in your organization
Set permissions and allow anyone in your organization access your presentation. You can also set an expiration date if you wish to restrict access after a specific date.
- Tap Permalink and tap Anyone in the organization.
- Tap Access Permission dropdown to assign the users with Edit, View, and Comment or View access.
- Toggle the Set Expiry Date switch on. This is optional.
- Tap the
in the top-right corner.
Remove or stop sharing presentations
- Tap the access level drop next to the collaborator's name.
- Tap No access.
From here you can change the access levels of the collaborators anytime.
