Download a presentation or a slide

With the Show app for iOS, you can download a presentation and save it on your device or share it with your team instantly. The presentations can be downloaded in PDF or PPTX format. You can also download slides in PNG or JPEG formats.

  1. Open the required presentation.
  2. Tap from the top-right corner. The Share window will appear.


  3. To download a presentation, tap as PDF format or as PPTX format within the DOWNLOAD PRESENTATION section.


  4. To download a slide tap as PNG format or as JPEG format within the DOWNLOAD SLIDE section.
  5. Tap Save to Files and choose a location to save the presentation. You can also share it directly with other apps.


Only signed-in users can download the presentations in both PDF and PPTX formats. Adhoc users can download the files only in PDF format.
