Share presentations-Internally

The Show app for iOS allows you to share presentations and collaborate with your team directly from your mobile device. Easily add collaborator's email addresses and set permissions for your team to access the presentations.
  1. Open the required presentations and tap  in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap Share.
Alternatively, you can also long-press any presentation in the listing page and tap Share.



Share presentations through email address

  1. You can add an individual or a group from your team as a collaborator to your presentation.
  2. Enter the email address in the Add members space.
  3. Tap the Access Level dropdown to assign any of the below permissions:
    Share: Can share, edit, view, and comment and comment on the presentations.
    Edit: Can edit, view, and comment on the presentations.
    View and comment: Can view and comment on the presentations.
    View: Can only view the presentations.
  4. Toggle the Notify switch to send notification to the collaborator, then tap SHARE.


Share presentations with collaborators

Copy the permalink of the presentation to share it with the collaborators who already have access to this presentation. The collaborator will be assigned the access they already have for the presentation.
  1. Tap Permalink. By default, Collaborators will be selected.
  2. Tap  to copy the link or  to share it through other apps directly.
  3. Tap UPDATE.


Share presentations with anyone in your organization

You can assign permission and allow anyone in your organization to access your presentation. If you'd like to restrict the access after a particular date, you can also set an expiration date.
  1. Tap Permalink and tap Anyone in Organization.
  2. Tap Set link Visibility dropdown to assign Edit, View and Comment or View access.
  3. Toggle the Set expiration switch and assign an expiration date for the presentation.
  4. Tap UPDATE from at the bottom. 


Remove or stop sharing presentations

  1. Tap Collaborators in the Share dialog.
  2. Tap the access level drop next to the collaborator's name.
  3. Tap Delete.


From here you can change the access levels of the collaborators anytime.
