Import or export a presentation in Zoho Show
Continue working on any file format from where you left with Zoho Show. Presentations created using other applications like PowerPoint can easily be imported and synced in Show. Presentations created in Show can also be exported in your required file formats. This will be useful when you want to share an existing slide deck or present it live to your audience without creating a new one.
Import presentations in the following file formats: ppt, pps, odp, sxi, pptx, ppsx, or potx.
Export presentations in .pptx, .ppsx, .pdf, .odp, .html, and .zslides file formats.
Download selected slides as .pdf, .jpeg, and .png files.
Import presentations
- Click File in the top-right corner, then click Import from the drop down menu.
- Drag and drop the required presentation and click Upload.
The maximum file size you can import in Show is up to 500MB. Password protected files in pptx and ppsx formats can be imported into Show.
Export/download a presentation
- Click File, then click Download.
- Choose a file format to export the presentation or the required slides.
