Open or save a copy of a presentation
Zoho Show lets you to access a presentation that already exists in your Zoho WorkDrive or Desktop folder. All your Zoho Show presentations will be saved on our local server automatically, so you don't have to make a backup or save the slide deck every time you make changes.
Open a presentation in Show
- Click File at the top-left corner of the screen.
- Click Open to view a window with the list of presentations created by you and shared with you.
- Select the required presentation.
Open a recently viewed presentation
- Click File at the top-left corner.
- Click Open Recent, and a list of presentations accessed by you recently will be displayed.
- Click to select the required presentation.
Make a copy of a presentation
Click File at the top-left corner, then click Make a Copy.
You can also make a copy of a presentation from the listing page:
Click More icon next to the thumbnail of the required presentation and click Make a Copy.
