Fonts help set a tone for your presentation. All of Show's themes and templates consist of sets of predefined fonts that can be customized when required. You can select a font from Show's gallery of over 200 fonts or choose one from your organization's library.
- From Show's editor page, click on any text to view Font in the right pane.
- Click the Font dropdown.
A pop up window will appear.
Recently used Fonts
The list contains the fonts used in this presentation recently.
Library
Library contains the fonts added by your organization's admin. This feature is only available for users who are a part of WorkDrive, Workplace, or Zoho One.
Gallery
The gallery contains all the fonts listed with Show.
To add fonts to the gallery:
- Click Add Fonts to Gallery next to Gallery.
- Click All Fonts from the top of the pop-up window, this will contain all of Show's fonts.
- Click the dropdown next to All Fonts- to search for a font.
- Scroll down, or use Search Fonts to search for the required font.
- Mark the checkbox next to the selected font and click Ok to add it to the gallery.
You can select any number of fonts to add to the gallery at once.
From the top of the pop-up window, click My Fonts. This will contain all the selected gallery fonts.
To use fonts from the gallery
Once fonts are added to the gallery, select the text, and click the required font to apply it to the selected text.
To remove fonts from the gallery:
- Click Add Fonts to Gallery next to Gallery.
- Click My Fonts at the top of the pop-up window; this will contain all the selected fonts.
- Click the X icon next to the font to delete it from the list of gallery fonts displayed in the pop-up window.
Theme Fonts
Theme fonts lists the predefined font based on the theme applied to your presentation.
