To correct spelling as you type

• Choose the word you want to use from the list of suggested
  

  words. This will replace the misspelled word with the new suggestion.
  
• Click Ignore to ignore the currently underlined word. Although the spellchecker will ignore this instance, it will continue to underline it if it repeats anywhere else in the document.
  
• Select Ignore All to ignore the underlined word throughout the presentation. 
  
• Select Check
  

  Now and choose Ignore to ignore the underlined word or Change to change the current word in the slide. Alternatively, you can also choose Ignore All or Change All to check the ignore or change the current word in the  entire presentation in one session instead of correcting the spelling one by one while creating a presentation.
  
• Click Add to Dictionary when you know that the original word is spelled  correctly and you plan to continue using it with the current spelling. The word will be added to your personal dictionary and will no longer appear as a spelling mistake in future projects.
  
  
  

To spell check the entire document

1. Select the REVIEW mode in the right pane and choose Tools. You will see the spell checker is automatically enabled to check for spelling errors in the preferred language. 
   
   
   
   
2. Click Check Now.  The spell check dialogue box will then show the first misspelled word in underlined in red on the slide. 
   
   You will be presented with the following options:

   Click Ignore All from the drop down to ignore the word throughout the presentation.  
   
   
   
   
3. Select the correct word from the suggestion list under from the  Change To box and click the dropdown to do one of the following:  Click Change to accept the selected word from the suggestion list. 
   Click Change All to change all instances of the misspelled word in the presentation.
   
   
   
   
4. Select  Add to Dictionary when you know the word is correctly spelled. The word will be added to your personal dictionary and will no longer appear as a spelling mistake in future projects.  
   
   
5.  Select Check Now to move on to next misspelled word and repeat the previous steps.  When the spell checker does not find any more errors in the presentation, a pop-up will inform you that the check is complete. 
   
   
   
   

Spell Check in Different Languages.

1. Select the REVIEW mode in the right pane and choose Tools. 
   
   
   
   
2. Choose the desired language from language dropdown. This will sync the program's custom dictionary with the selected language to spell check the document. 
   
   
   
   
   The spell checker is automatically enabled to check for spelling errors in the preferred language. 
   
   
   
3. Fix the error using the steps under the topic  Spell Check Your Presentation . 
   
   
   Only the document owner has the right to change the preferred language. The language option is invisible to the shared users. 

Create Your Personal Dictionary

1. Select the REVIEW mode in the right pane and choose Tools. 
   
   
2. Select Personal Dictionary.  The Personal Dictionary dialogue box will open.   
   
   
   
   
3. Set the document language in the Language box. 
   
   
   
   
4. Start adding words to your dictionary as follows: 

• To add a word, enter the new word into the  Add New Word  text box and click the plus  button.
  
• To remove a word, select the word that you wish to remove rom the  Custom Word List and click the minus  button.   
  
  
  

Turn Spell Check On or Off

1. Select the mode REVIEW in the right pane, choose Tools and then enable/disable the Show spelling errors button.
