When editors contribute an item to the Library, a request will be triggered for the super admin and admins. The request will remain in pending status until the super admin or admin approves or rejects it.
To approve or reject a request,
Go to the Library and click Requests in the top-right corner.
Click Templates, Slides, or Fonts to view the list of requests pending within the respective category.
Select an item from the list to preview it on the right pane.
Select the template, slide, or font that you would like to review.
For templates or slides, click the Review button at the bottom of the right pane to preview or play it in a pop-up window.
For fonts, click the required font to preview the font in the right pane.
Click Approve to add it to the Library directly.
Click Reject to decline the request.
You can further search, sort, or filter the approved Requests in the Library.
Search lets you search for a specific design element
Sort lets you sort the design elements according to the Date Modified and Name.
Order By lets you order the design elements according to the date modified.
The super admin and admins can further rename or delete an item from the Library anytime.
Select the required design element in the Library and click the icon at its bottom-right corner.
Click Rename to enter a different name for it.
Click Delete to remove the item from the Library.
Requests in the Library:
The editor can add templates, slides, and fonts to the library. However the same has to be approved by the super admin or admin for the members of the organization to access it.
Once the design element is sent for approval, it will show up under Requests in the Library
Click Requests in the top-right corner of the listing page. This will open the My Requests window with a list of all your pending, rejected, and canceled design elements.
You can further select an item in the window to view, play, or resubmit it to the super admins and admins.
