Organize brand assets in a secure, centralized location using Zoho Show's library. You can add and manage templates, slides, and fonts for your team to reuse and repurpose for their presentations. This way they can concentrate on producing high-quality content while adhering to the brand style guide.
Roles and permissions
The organization is created by a super-admin. By default, all the members of the organization are part of the library.
The super admin and admins can assign admin and editor access to members. They can add templates, slides, and fonts to the library, as well as manage the design elements sent for approval by the editors.
Editors can add templates, slides, and fonts to the library upon the admin or super admin's approval.
Members will have access to the library and will be able to use the design elements. However, they will not be able to add anything to the library.
If a member is removed at the organization level, they will not have access to the library. If they have used any font from the library for their presentations, it will be restored to the theme's default font style.
Library is available for users who are a part of WD, Workplace or Zoho One.
To set permissions in Show's Library:
- Select your Org's Library in the left pane and select team details from the top.
The Team Members dialog box will appear.
- Enter the email address or name of the member you want to add, and choose a role for them from the dropdown.
- Click Add. The members with the assigned roles will now be added to the Library. You can further remove or change permissions at anytime.
