X (formerly Twitter) add-on for Zoho Show

Zoho Show has integrated with X to help you display your social media presence to the audience. You can add tweets to slides, exhibit discussions with your potential customers, and create a good impression for your brand.

To access the X add-on in Show:

  1. Select X under Add-On in the top bar.  
  2. Click Authenticate to log in to an account. This will open the Authorization consent window. 


  3. Click Authorize app to sign in to your X account.

Note: If required, you can also sign in as a different user in the Twitter add-on for Show by clicking on the profile in the X add-on window.
Once you sign in to your account, you can embed posts/feeds from X in three different ways.

To insert a X post using the permalink: 

  1. Copy and paste its link in the Add-Ons window. A preview of the post will appear.
  2. Click Insert to add it to the slide.


To insert a live feed in a slide: 

  1. Enter keywords in the Search box provided in the X Feed window and click the Search icon.
  2. Click Live X Feed. You can preview all the live tweets.
  3. Click Insert to add the live feed to the slide.

Note: Enable the Update feed automatically checkbox to let your audience view the most recent feeds at the time of presentation. 

To add a marked feed in a slide:   

  1. Enter keywords in the Search box provided in the X Feed window and click Search.   
  2. Click Marked X Feed.
  3. Select the feeds you want to add to the slide using the Plus icon (+) in it. They will appear in the selection pane.
  4. Copy and paste a feed's URL below the selection pane and click the Plus icon (+) next to it to add it to the slide.
  5. Click Insert to add the marked feed to the slide. 



NotesNote: To remove a feed from the selection pane, you can click the minus icon (-) in it.

To edit a X feed embedded in a slide:

  1. Select the embedded X feed.
  2. Click Change X in the right pane.
  3. Click the pause button to pause the feed and read the posts on the slide while presenting.
