Embed Vani Space in Zoho Show
Zoho Show integrates with Vani to let you embed spaces such as mind maps, boards, or brainstorming canvases into your slides. This allows you to present ideas along with the supporting collaboration, keeping your content structured and connected.
- Open the required presentation.
- Click Add-on from the insert pane and select Vani.
- Sign in to your Vani account if you haven't yet.
- Choose your team from the drop down.
- Use the All Spaces dropdown to switch between Draft Spaces, Shared Spaces, and All Spaces.
- Click the Sort icon to sort the Spaces by date or name.
- Search a Space or scroll to select one.
- Hover over the required Space and choose one of the following
Embed in presentation gives access only to users who already have access to this Space.
Share externally allows anyone with access to this presentation to view it.
Note: Learn more about embeds on Vani - Click Add to slide and the Space will be added as an embed.
- Click Preview to view the embedded Vani Space.
- Drag to reposition the embedded space anywhere on the slide.
- Apply a stroke or shadow effect to enhance the Space visually.
