At times you may want to include insightful reports and dashboards created elsewhere in a presentation to facilitate deeper analysis of the data for the audience. To help you with this and simplify the process, we at Show have integrated the tool with Zoho Analytics (a self-service BI platform). You can now provide end-to-end insights about your business on a slide deck within minutes!
To insert meaningful insights from your workspace into Show:
Click Zoho Analytics from the Add-Ons section in the top bar.
Select the required workspace from the drop-down. You can now access all the visuals you created in this workspace.
Select the visual of your choice and click Add This to add it to your slide.
Once the report appears on the slide, you can preview it using the button in its bottom-right corner. You can further search for a specific visual and insert it in the slide using the Search option in the Zoho Analytics window.
You can also apply a Stroke or Shadow effect, and position the visual anywhere in the drawing area. You can also further change its embed code if required.
To change embed code of the visual,
Select the visual and click the Edit icon in its top-right corner. The Embed code window appears.
Paste the new code in the text area provided in this section and click Enter to add it to the slide.
You can also click the Change Embed option on the right pane to edit the visual on the slide.
