Install the Zoho Sprints add-on for Zoho Show

Let's say you are going to deliver a presentation about an ongoing project (developed using agile methodology) to your manager. In such a case, you may want to include a few reports in the presentation so they can easily track and monitor the project's status. To help you with this and eliminate the need for you to navigate to a project management tool for downloading reports, we at Zoho Show have integrated with Zoho Sprints. You can now display every detail of your project on a slide deck using a wide range of visual elements called Sprints Cards.   


To install Zoho Sprints in Zoho Show :
  1. Open the presentation in Zoho Show.
  2. Click Add-Ons in the top bar, then click the Zoho Sprints on the left navigation panel.


  3. Click on Install.


  4. After you click Install, a permission screen will appear. Click Allow in the screen. Zoho Sprints will be installed under the Add-Ons section.


Add project reports in Zoho Show 

Using the Sprints add-on for Show, you can add Sprints Cards detailing a specific sprint, project, epic, or release to a slide deck and present project updates in a meaningful and actionable manner.      

Note: All the reports on the slide will get updated automatically and reflect only the real-time data.

To add Sprints Cards to a slide:

  1. Click Zoho Sprints under Add-Ons in the top bar.

  2. Select your team from the drop-down in the pop-up window. All the Sprints created for that team will display as Cards. 


  3. Pick a Card from the Sprints, Projects, Epic, Users, or Release section using the Choose Card button.


  4. Provide the required details on that Card and click Create.


  5. A report will be generated on the slide. You can sync any changes made to the report with a simple click.

Note: You can further switch to a different team in the Zoho Sprints pop-up window using the Change Team drop-down menu in the top-right corner.
