Including survey results in your presentation helps in supporting your ideas with real data, making your message more convincing and relatable to your audience. It supports your points and makes the information easier to grasp.
You can install the Zoho Survey add-on for Show and insert your survey results as charts to your presentation slides easily.
To add survey results from Zoho Survey into your presentation slides:
Choose Zoho Survey from the Add-On section in the insert pane at the top.
Select the required department from the drop-down in the top-right corner of the add-on window.
All the surveys created under that department will be listed.
Select the required survey to view the list of questions.
Hover over the question and choose the required chart type from the drop-down.
Click on the next to the question to insert the result.
Check the boxes next to the questions and click Insert Reports at the bottom to add multiple survey results as individual slides.
The survey results will be added as charts in your presentations.
Select on the chart and click Sync to update the changes made to the survey results.
Click on the chart and format it with the options available in the right pane.
