Draft your presentation using Zoho Show on Chrome browser
With the Drafts feature in the extension, you can begin to outline your presentation and take note of any text and image ideas that you find on other websites or from the documents saved on your computer. Any information can be easily copy-pasted or drag-dropped into your slides to create a rough sketch for your presentation. You can also right click on content from a webpage to add it directly to your drafts.
To draft your presentation content
1. Select the Zoho Show extension 
icon in the top right corner of your Chrome browser.
2. Click the 
Draft button within the window and start adding content.
You can add content into your drafts in the following ways:
- Drag and drop text or images
- Select the text or image to add and drag-drop them directly into your slides
- Cut, copy, and paste content
- Select the text or image from the source page
- Press 'Ctrl+C' or 'Ctrl+X' to cut/copy the selected content
- Press 'Ctrl+V' to paste them into the slides
- Upload image from your computer
- Click the Image
icon at the bottom-right of the slide
- Select the image saved on your computer and click Open
- Copy directly from a web page
- Select the text or image on the web page to add to your draft
- Right-click on the selected content and select Add this text to draft from the list.
3. The selected content will be inserted on your slide.
4. Click the 
button to start adding new slides in your draft.
5. You can further edit or delete the added draft content as follows:
- To edit a content, select the text or image to edit, click the Edit
icon to make the required changes and finally click Update.
- To delete contents, select the text or image and click the More
icon next to the specific slide and select Delete Slide.
