What is the Zoho Show for G Drive add-on, and why should I use it?

Zoho Show for G Drive enables you to create powerful presentations with its advanced features. Special features like Smart Elements, Shape recognition, Giphy, and Unsplash help you create more visually appealing slides.

How do I work in the Zoho Show for G Drive add-on?

Once you install the add-on, the app becomes available in G Drive. Open the app to access the Show editor and create presentations. You can also open a PowerPoint file in G Drive using Zoho Show and continue designing stunning slides.

How do I open a PPT presentation in Show for G-Drive?

Right-click the PPT file, click Open with, then select Zoho Show. This will open the presentation in Show editor.

How do I download, and print presentations in G Drive?

Open the presentation in Show editor, click File, then click Download As. You will be able to download the file in .pptx, .odp, .ppsx, and .pdf formats. To print the presentation, click File, then Print. You will be able to set printing options and then print.

Is the Zoho Show add-on free?

Yes, Zoho Show is a free add-on for G Drive.

Can I extend my free trial period?

Show app for G Drive is totally a free add-on.

Do existing users have to sign up for Zoho Show?

To access the Show add-on for G Drive, you need to sign in to the app with a Google account.

To install the Show add-on for G Drive, install the app from the G Suite Marketplace. Once the app is installed, it will be reflected in More option under New menu in G Drive.

Where is my presentation data stored?

All presentations created using Show add-on for G Drive are securely saved in the Zoho servers.

What happens to my data if I disable or unsubscribe from the Zoho Show add-on?

All presentations created using Show add-on for G Drive are securely saved in the Zoho servers, and will continue to be available. However, to access them, you need to install the Show app.
