Introduction to Show for G Drive

Zoho Show is an online presentation tool that lets you create, design, share, and deliver slide-decks in a smart way.

With the integration of Zoho Show with G Drive, you can now quickly edit Show presentations across any devices, any browser, anytime.

This facilitates quick and easy access to files in the Google workspace. You can search for particular presentations using the Search box in G Drive.

You can make changes to files in real time and G Drive automatically updates them in the cloud.

From G Drive, using Zoho Show, you can:

Create slides from scratch with a wide range of design tools, such as smart elements, shape recognition, Unsplash, Giphy, Twitter feeds, and videos

Design presentations using advanced formatting tools such as fills, fonts,styles, effects, animations, and transitions

Export presentations in .pptx, .odp, .ppsx, and .pdf formats

Print presentations

Comment on slides

Open PowerPoint files in Show editor

You can collaborate and exchange ideas using Show's smart chat panel and Review panel. This eliminates the need to share files through emails.

Show for G Drive eliminates the need for you to download files, as they are retained in the Google cloud.

Presentations can easily be accessed from remote, or while on the go.
