How can I save information about my attendee?

1. Click the Session icon and select Completed Session.
   
2. Choose the presentation for which you would like to export an attendee list.
   
3. Click View Analytics and choose the Audience tab.
   
4. Click the Export option at the right side of the screen and select the desired format (either CSV or Excel).
   

What details will I be able to view about my attendees after the session?

• Name and email address, if provided by your participant.
  
• Ratings, feedback, questions posed, and the number of slide likes.

How can my attendees add a session to their calendars automatically?  

Once your participants register for a session, they will receive an ICS file in the session join mail that is sent to their email address. The trainees can download and open the file to add the session event to their calendars. Once the ICS file is downloaded, most email clients (Gmail, Zoho mail) parse the file automatically and prompt your participants to add the session to their calendars. 

How can I increase the attendee limit for a session?

1. Click on Manage Subscriptions on the bottom left of your ShowTime tab. 

2. If you are not on the Enterprise plan, you can purchase any higher plans to increase the limit, if you are on the Enterprise plan - click on Upgrade and you can choose to increase the attendee limit in the Plan Details section.
