1. I am unable to integrate with Zoho CRM. Why?
Zoho CRM integration will be available only in ShowTime's Professional and Enterprise plans.
Note that even though you are a ShowTime user, it is mandatory to have an account in Zoho CRM to integrate with Zoho ShowTime plugin. This integration is available only for paid users of Zoho ShowTime (from Professional plan onwards) and for users subscribed to any of the paid plans (from Standard plan onwards) in Zoho CRM
2. Can I resend the session invitation to members from a CRM module more than once?
Yes, you can. Click on Resend invitation"next to their listed email ID within the module to trigger email invitation to members.
However, you will not be able to send a new invite to the same set of leads again using the "Invite from CRM" button. Only the new leads added to a specific module can be invited by clicking the "Invite from CRM" button.
3. For a given session, can I invite people from different modules in Zoho CRM?
For any single training session, you can only invite people who are listed under the same module name in Zoho CRM.
4. Why couldn't I export a session's data into Zoho CRM?
Only trainings which have registrations enabled can have its session data exported into Zoho CRM. Also, for all the registration enabled sessions, it's mandatory to have the fields of your sessions' registration form and specified CRM module (to which data is exported) match against each other.
For example: if you have 'First Name' and 'Email ID' mandatory in your customized CRM module, then these fields should also be available and match with the details given in the registration form for your trainings on ShowTime.
1. Log in to your Zoho CRM account and click on Settings icon in the top right corner.
2. Under "Customizations", click on "Modules and Fields".
3. Scroll down and click on "Zoho ShowTime" and click on the name of the module.
4. Click on the desired layout. Now, drag and drop "New section" from the right and enter a name.
5. Drag and drop "Lookup" and enter the field name and the customized module which you wish to access.
6. Click on "Save" and your customized CRM module will now be available in Zoho ShowTime.
Please note that all the session data and participant details will be exported to Zoho ShowTime module in CRM.
