When you first create an organization in Zoho ShowTime, you'll be given a <organization_name>.zohoshowtime.com URL. This default domain is the URL in which all your trainings are hosted. As a trainer, sessions hosted under your own website/domain name promotes your brand prominently, boosts awareness and helps you build trust with your global audience. If you are looking to remove the ShowTime branding, this can be done with a custom domain. You can replace your showtime.zoho.com URL with your own branded domain.
Note: This feature is available under ShowTime's standard, professional and enterprise plans.
Here's how you can add your custom domain in ShowTime:
1. Click the Administration tab from the side menu in your portal and click the Branding tab. Here you can see the default domain (offered by Zoho ShowTime) through which all your trainings are hosted.
2. Under the Custom domain tab, click on Add Custom Domain and enter your new domain
2. Create a record for CNAME in the DNS settings of your domain registrar and map it to <unique_value>.showtime.cs.zohohost.com (Learn how?). You can also verify the domain mapping once it's done.
3. Ensure that an SSL certificate is verified for your domain. If this is done, your custom domain will be mapped automatically. If an SSL certificate is unavailable, click the Apply Domain SSL Certificate button. Zoho ShowTime will install a group SSL certificate for you for free.
