Manage your Plan Details
View your current plan (i.e., Free Trial, Basic (Free), Standard, Professional, or Enterprise), upgrade, and track your transaction history in Manage Place Details.
When you sign up for ShowTime, you will be offered a free 15-day trial, with access to all the features covered by the Professional plan. Once the free trial expires, you will be moved to the Basic (free) plan with restricted access to features. Upgrade your plan to continue enjoying all our premium features.

To manage your plan details:
Click the Admin Center icon on the left panel and select Manage Plan Details on the top.
View plan details: The Plan Details section shows the plan you are currently subscribed to, your plan validity date, and the number of Trainer Licenses available as part of your subscription.
View usage details : The Usage Details section displays the maximum attendee limit for your current plan, storage space available, and the Trainer License limit. Select Upgrade to move to a more advanced plan or increase the number of attendees, trainers, and polls.
Track transaction history: the Transaction History shows all the changes to your subscription to date.
