How to edit and import polls during a session

Import and edit polls

As a trainer, ShowTime lets you easily import polls from one session to another. It also allows you to edit and delete a poll before you start presenting.

Import polls before the session begins
ShowTime gives you the option of importing polls from one session to another via the poll library.
Plug-in Users
1. Open the Presentation and go to the Polls tab.
2. Click Import from library. The poll library opens with the list of questions.
3. Select a question and click Import.
Note: Re-use questions from previous presentation by importing them.

Import polls during the session

Web ShowTime
  1. Launch the face-to-face or remote session.
  2. Click the Poll tab in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Import from Library.
  4. Choose a polling question and click Import.
Note: Polls created during the session will not appear on the Poll Library.
Mobile Users(Presenter app)
  1. Launch a face-to-face or remote session.
  2. Tap the Poll tab in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  3. In the Yet to conduct tab, view all of your created polls, while the Conducted tab displays all of the polls questions that were given for the ongoing session

Tap (+) to create or import polls. Click Import Poll. Select a question and click Done.

Edit/delete a Poll question: (Web ShowTime/Plug-in)

You can edit or delete existing Poll questions.
Web ShowTime
  1. Click the Library icon in the left panel.
  2. Select the Polls tab. A list of poll questions will appear.
  3. Hover over a question to edit or delete it. You can edit the question and the answer options.

To delete a Poll, click Delete on a question. You will be asked to confirm your choice. Click Delete to remove the question from the list.

Plugin
  1. Open the Presentation and go to the Polls tab.
  2. A list of already created Poll questions will be available.
  3. Hover over a particular question to edit or delete it.
You can edit the question and the answer options. To delete a Poll, click Delete on a particular question. You will be asked to confirm your choice. Click Delete to remove the question from the list.
