Create a Workspace
Every developer using Zoho Sigma will be allocated a designated workspace to build and host their apps.
- Login to Sigma.
- Enter a relevant workspace name.
- Click Create Workspace.
You can be the owner of only one workspace at once. However, you can be a user in many workspaces.
Add users to your Workspace
Only the admin of a workspace will be able to add users to that workspace. To add users to your Workspace,
- Navigate to the Settings module.
- Click Add Developer.
- Enter the below details:
- Name: Enter the name of the developer.
- Email Address: Enter the email address of the developer.
- Role: Developers can either be Admins or Members. Know more about the access privileges for different user roles from this help document.
- Click Invite.
As and when an owner invites a user to a workspace, an invitation email will be triggered to the user to join the workspace. Once the user accepts the invitation, they will be added to the workspace.
Switch between Workspaces
- Login to Sigma.
- Click the user image icon at the top right corner.
- Select My Workspaces.
- All your Workspaces will be listed here.
- Switch to the required Workspace.
