Extensions Gallery

Building an extension might be a daunting task, but with Sigma, you can do it with ease. Start creating extensions using ready-made templates available in Sigma.
  1. Navigate to Extensions Gallery section on the top right corner. 
  2. Start creating your extensions using readily available templates.  
Benefits
  1. Less time consuming than creating extensions from ground up.
  2. Developing extensions using templates provides consistency.
  3. If you are a totally new to extensions, then templates help to avoid common errors
 How does it work? 
  1. Program using any client side technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS or HTML.
  2. Configure your server side functions in Sigma and derive the response from a third-party app within your extension using APIs. 
  3. Sigma facilitates different widget locations supported by each service and renders your extensions based on their scope.

Extensions for Zoho Projects

Tasklist for Zoho Projects

  1. Add the Tasklist extension to Zoho Projects and quickly access your tasks inside your portal. This helps you reduce the number of subtasks in Zoho Projects, thereby helping to save time, which in turn increases the productivity of the organization.

Google Drive for Zoho Projects

  1. Google Drive extension for Zoho Projects lets you access your Google Drive accounts right from within Zoho Projects.  The process of exporting the files from GoogleDrive and then attaching them to Zoho Projects can be avoided.  Using this extension, the files added to Google Drive can be associated with the tasks or issues in Zoho Projects.

Checklist for Zoho Projects

Export Job details as PDF

  1. The job details of Orchestly can be easily exported as PDF using this extension in Orchestly. Now, in Orchestly you can only bulk export the jobs. With this extension, you can individually export the job details of the jobs that are required.

Orchestly Slack integration

  1. You can communicate with every team member in your organization using Slack for Orchestly. With this connection, an Orchestly comment can be added as a message to a Slack channel. Also, you can alert users in many Slack channels at once. It enables you to tell your colleagues whenever a job receives fresh remarks.

Harvest for Orchestly

  1. Harvest extensions let you count the number of hours a user spends on a job. The user can run the timer at the start and stop it once the work on the job is done. Also, a new record gets added to the Harvest account for every new time entry added in Orchestly. This feature helps to calculate the time spent on each job.

Export field details for Orchestly

  1. Data entered in the fields in Orchestly is important. In case you would like to take a copy of the data entered in the fields, then using this extension, you can download and maintain an offline copy of the fields data. This helps to avoid manual entry of data and saves time.
