This feature is enabled only for Zoho Projects' extensions.

1. Navigate to Extensions in the left panel.
   
2. Hover over a private extension you want to share and click  .
   
3. Navigate to the Share tab and click on the Share Extension button.
   
4. Enter the service portal details:
   
1. Portal Name : Enter the service’s portal name to share the extension.
   
2. Admin Email Address : Enter the portal admin’s email address.
   
5. Click Share.
   

Note:

1. Confirmation email can be resent only up to 3 times.
   
2. The installed extension can be accessed by all users in the portal.
   
3. Once an extension is shared, its consecutive versions are also authorized for access by the portal admin, provided the version’s URL is available.

Revoke extension sharing

1. Navigate to Extensions in the left panel.
   
2. Hover over a shared extension to which you want to revoke the access and click  .
   
3. Navigate to the Share tab.
   
4. Hover over the portal name and click .
   
5. Confirm your action.
