Onelogin - SAML

To setup Onelogin account

  1. Log in to your  Onelogin  account.
  2. Click the Applications tab and select Applications.
  3. Click Add App.
  4. Search for SAML Test Connector and select the first result. Make sure that it is (IdP). 
  5. Provide a Display Name, enable Visible in portal toggle, and add a logo.
  6. Click Save ion the top right- corner. 
  7. Now, additional tabs appear, and you land on the Info tab. Click the Configuration tab and enter the following details:
  1. Paste the value of Entity ID from Zoho Sites screen for Audience field.
  1. Paste the value of  ACS URL copied from Zoho Sites screen for the fields Recipient, ACS (Consumer) URL Validator, and ACS (Consumer) URL.

  1. Select SSO tab, and do the following:
    - Copy the SAML 2.0 Endpoint (HTTP) URL.
    - Copy the SLO Endpoint (HTTP) URL.
    - Click View Details under X.509 Certificate. The certificate will open. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Download.

  2. Paste SAML 2.0 Endpoint (HTTP) URL into the Login URL and Change Password URL fields in Zoho Sites SAML page.
  3. Paste the SLO Endpoint (HTTP) URL into the Logout URL field in the Zoho Sites SAML page.
  4. Upload the certificate using Get key from the file link. Click Save.

  1. Now you must select the users to whom you wish to give access to the SAML-enabled Help Center. To do this:
    Click the Users tab, and then click All Users to add the app to individual user accounts.
  2. Click Save.
