The URL metrics available in Zoho Social will help you measure the engagement received for a URL you've attached to your post. Understanding these metrics and tracking URL activity can give you an idea of how well your campaign is performing in terms of audience location, device preferences and thereby take an informed decision on optimizing your marketing strategy.

Clicks: The number of clicks received on the URL.

Unique click: The number of individual users who clicked on the URL.

Clicks Impression: The distribution of the total number of times the URL was displayed on people's screens.

Referrer URL: A graphical representation of the clicks received directly by clicking the URL compared with the clicks received by users who were redirected to the URL from other webpages.

Browser: The distribution of clicks based on the browsers they were received from.

Device: The distribution of clicks based on the devices they were received from.

Clicks by Country: The distribution of clicks based on the countries they were received from.

Clicks by Platform: The distribution of clicks based on the OS platforms of the systems they were accessed from.
