Discuss Reports
Each card in the Reports tab has a pop-up icon when hovered over, and will show detailed graphs of the data. Upon clicking the metrics displayed below the graph, that specific metric is removed from the representation and a comparison of the other two metrics can be studied.
The date range can be varied and the corresponding data can be analyzed. The cards can be marked to discuss, or exported as PDF, PNG, or email. A report can regularly be scheduled by choosing the date, frequency, and the people you wish to send the report to.
To discuss Cards, follow these steps:
- Head over to the Reports tab.
- Pick a social channel of your choice (e.g., Facebook Page) from the top bar.
- Click on the ellipsis that appears on a particular card under a network report.
- Select the Discuss option from the drop-down that appears.
Discuss reports are used to share any metric/insights with your team by choosing Share with Team members or with individual members by choosing the Custom Share option, along with a custom message. This will send out a notification to the person you have shared it with.
