The following metrics have been updated:

Posts & Engagement section:

Summary Reports
Audience Summary - This card displays metrics explaining the number of followers on your Facebook page.
- Total followers - The total followers for your Facebook page.
- New followers - The number of new followers obtained over a period of time and the average new followers per day.
- Followers lost - The number of followers lost over a period of time, and the average lost per day.
Post and Engagement Summary - This card displays your posting activity and audience engagement during the selected period. It includes engagement generated by posts published during the selected period, overall engagement received across all posts, content performance by post type, and the top-performing post.
- Engagement Received on Published Posts - The total engagement generated by posts published during the selected period.
- Total Post - The total number of posts published during the selected period.
- Engagement Received Over Time - The total engagement received during the selected period across all posts, including interactions on older posts.
- Engagement Received on Published Posts by Type - The total engagement generated by posts published during the selected period, grouped by post type such as image, video, text, and link posts.
- Top-Performing Post - The post that received the highest engagement during the selected period.
Performance Summary - The overall performance of the page can be tracked here through the number of page views and clicks. The metrics displayed are:
- Page profile views - The total views and the average views per day that your page received.
Views Summary - This card shows how often your content was displayed to audiences during the selected period. It provides an overview of total views, first-time viewers, and the number of views generated organically and through paid promotions.
- Total Views - The total number of times your content was displayed during the selected period.
- Unique Views - The number of first-time viewers who saw your content during the selected period.
- Organic vs Paid Views - The number of times your content was displayed through organic reach and paid promotions during the selected period.
Messenger Insights Summary - The total number of connections gained or lost over a period of time can be viewed under Connection gain and Connection lost, and the Average per day can also be analysed.
Audience Reports
Follower growth - Provides an overview of your Page’s follower trends. It includes a breakdown of new followers gained, followers lost, and the net follower growth.
Posts & Engagement Reports
The Posts & Engagement section includes two types of data to help you understand both content performance and audience engagement trends.
- Lifetime data - Lifetime data measures the total engagement a post receives from the moment it is published until today. For example, if you set your data range to May1 - 31, lifetime data shows the total engagement accumulated by posts published in May, even if some of those likes happened in June or July
- Time-Series Data - Time-series data measures the total engagement received during the selected date range, regardless of when the posts were published. This helps you understand engagement activity and trends over time.
For example, if you select May 1–31, time-series data measures all engagement received in May, including engagement on posts published before May. This show how much engagement happened in May.
The Posts & Engagement section includes the following cards:
- Posts Published vs. Engagement Received Over Time (Time series) - Compares the number of posts published with the total engagement received across all posts during the selected period.
- Published Posts and Their Engagement (Lifetime) - Shows the total engagement generated by posts published during the selected period.
- Posts by type - The distribution of the different types of posts, like image, link, text, and video, can be viewed here.
Top posts - The top-performing posts based on number of reactions, comments, shares, engagement, and engagement rate can be viewed here.
Top connections - The top connections based on most liked, most commented, most mentioned, most messaged, and most engaged are listed here.
- Posts by publishing apps - The split up of applications that were used to publish your post can be viewed here, along with the corresponding engagement received for the posts.
- Best time to post - The best time to post on your Facebook page depends on the performance of your previous posts. The denser the color, the higher the engagement for the posts during that time range.

- Engagement Actions Received Over Time (Time series) - Shows the engagement received during the selected period, grouped by interaction type such as reactions and comments.
- Engagement Breakdown Received Over Time (Time series) - Shows how total engagement received during the selected period is distributed between reactions and comments.
- Engagement Received on Published Posts by Type (Life time) - Shows the total engagement generated by posts published during the selected period, grouped by post type such as image, video, text, and link posts.
- Reactions Breakdown (Time series) - Shows the distribution of reactions received on your posts, including Like, Love, Surprise, Laugh, Sad, and Angry.
Page profile views - The total number of people who viewed your Facebook profile, and a comparison of how many people viewed it while being logged into Facebook versus how many viewed it without logging in.
Views
- Views vs Unique Views - Compares the total number of times your content was displayed with the number of unique viewers who saw it during the selected period.
- Organic vs Paid Views - Shows the number of times your content was displayed through organic reach and paid promotions during the selected period.
- Viral and Non-viral Views - Shows the split between viral views (people outside your existing audience who viewed your posts) and non-viral views (your existing followers who viewed your posts)
Messenger Reports
- Connection growth - The connections that were newly added over a period of time from Facebook Messenger.
- Connection lost - The connections that were lost from Messenger because they were either blocked or reported.
