Reports for Instagram
Instagram is being extensively used by small businesses, influencers, entrepreneurs, and even big brands to grow their network and to market their products. Their content helps them reach different people and communities, and the performance can be analyzed through various metrics like impressions, reach, likes according to demography, gender, and age.
Summary Reports
Audience Summary - A summary of the audience on your Instagram page.
- Total followers - The total number of followers on your Instagram page.
- New followers - The new followers acquired on your page over a period of time and the average per day.
Post & engagement summary - The summary of your Instagram posts and the engagement received on them.
- Total posts - The total number of posts on your Instagram profile and the average per day.
- Total engagement - The total engagement received on all posts and the average per day.
- Top post - The top performing post with the maximum engagement.
- Engagement by post type - The distribution of engagement received for various types of post.
Performance summary - A summary of your page performance.
- Profile views - The total views on your profile and the average per day.
Impression summary - A summary of the overall impressions and reach created by your page.
- Impressions - The total number of times your posts were displayed on the screens of users and the average per day.
- Reach - The total number of users who saw your posts and the average per day.
Audience Reports
Follower growth - The total number of followers on your Instagram profile, and the average new followers gained per day over a period of time.
Likes by country - The countries to which people who have liked your page belong. The denser the color, higher are the number of likes from that country. The top five countries from where the likes are the highest can be viewed here.
Likes by language - The languages spoken by the people who have liked your page.
Likes by city - The cities to which people who have liked your page belong.
Likes by gender - The distribution of gender of the people who have liked your page.
Likes by age group - The distribution of age and gender of the people who have liked your page.
Posts & Engagement Reports
Number of posts vs engagement - A comparison of the number of posts and the engagement received in a day over a period of time, and the average posts per day.
Posts by type - The different types of posts like carousel, image, video.
Top posts - The top performing posts based on the highest number of likes, comments, total engagement, and engagement rate.
Best time to post - The best day and time to post, based on the performance of your previous posts and the audience engagement for them.
Post engagement - The total engagement received on your Instagram posts over a period of time.
Engagement by post type - The engagement distribution for different types of posts like image, video, and carousel.
Engagement actions - The distribution of engagement actions such as likes and comments received on your posts over a period of time.
Performance Reports
Profile views - The total number of people who viewed your profile.
Profile clicks - The total number of clicks on your Instagram profile.
CTA clicks by type - The total number of clicks and their distribution on different CTA buttons like Email, Get directions.
Reach & Impression Reports
Impressions vs reach - A comparison of the total number of times your Instagram posts appeared on the feed of users with the number of people who viewed your posts.
Reels & Engagement Reports
Number of Reels vs Engagement - A comparison of the total number of reels posted within a selected period of time and the total engagement received, such as likes, comments, shares, and the number of times the reels were saved. The average number of reels posted per day can also be viewed.
Reels Plays vs Reach - A comparison of the total number of times the reels were played and the number of unique Instagram users who played the reel on their screens.
Top Reels - The top performing reels based on total engagement, likes, comments, shares, reach, and plays.
Reels Engagement Actions - The distribution of different engagement actions on the reel over a specific period of time.
Reels Engagements by Type - The percentage of different type of engagement actions received on your reels over a period of time.
Story Reports
Number of Stories vs Engagement - A comparison of the total number of stories posted with the engagement received per day, such as replies, exits, taps forward, and taps back, for a selected period of time. The average number of stories posted per day can also be viewed here.
Story Engagements by Type - The distribution and percentage of different types of engagement received on the stories for a period of time.
Top Stories - The top performing stories based on the engagement, replies, and impressions.
Number of Stories vs Impressions - A comparison of the total number of stories published and the total number of views that were received for the stories over a period of time.
Story Impressions vs Reach - A comparison of the total number of times a story was viewed and the total number of unique Instagram accounts that viewed the stories over a period of time.
Total Followers vs Story Reach - A comparison of the total number of followers on your Instagram account and the total number of unique Instagram accounts that viewed the stories over a period of time.
Average Exits vs Number of Stories - A graph depicting the comparison of the average number of story exits at different story lengths and the total number of stories published over a period of time.
Stories Completion Rate - The percentage of the total number of views on the first story by the total number of views on the last story.
