Reports for Twitter
The analytics available for Twitter helps understand how your tweets are performing in line with your business growth. Social lets you measure the impact and reach of your content through various metrics like top tweets, total engagement, and top connections.
Summary Reports
Audience summary - The number of Total followers, New followers and Average per day for your Twitter profile.
Tweets & engagement summary - The total number of tweets and engagement can be understood through:
- Total tweets - The total number of tweets on your Twitter profile and the average tweets per day.
- Total engagement - The total engagement such as likes, retweets, and replies received for your tweets.
- Top tweet - The tweet with the maximum engagement received.
- Engagement by tweet type - The distribution of engagement received for the different type of tweets like video, image, link, text, gif, and poll.
Audience Reports
Follower growth - The total followers, number of followers gained or lost on your Twitter profile, and the average new followers gained per day.
Posts & Engagement Reports
Number of tweets vs engagement - The number of tweets published on your Twitter profile and the total engagement received for them over a period of time. The average tweets per day can also be seen.
Tweets by type - The different types of tweets based on the content such as video, image, link, text, gif, and poll.
Top tweets - The top performing tweets based on likes, replies, retweets, engagement, and engagement rate.
Top connections - The top connections who have liked, replied, retweeted, mentioned, messaged, and engaged the most on your posts are listed here.
Tweets by publishing apps - The distribution of tweets according to the applications that were used to publish them, and the engagement received like likes, retweets and replies.
Best time to tweet - The best time to publish your tweet based on your audience engagement and the time of the day during which they are most active.
Tweet engagement - The total engagement received on your posts for a period of time.
Engagement by tweet type - The total engagement received for various types of tweets like video, image, link, text, gif, and poll.
Engagement actions - The type of engagement such as likes, retweets, and replies received for your tweets published over a period of time.
Messages & mentions received - The number of messages and mentions that your tweets received over a period of time.
