Reports Tab in Zoho Social
The Reports tab in Zoho Social helps you analyze key stats, metrics, and your Brand's performance across all your social channels. This will help you narrow down what type of content works the best for your brand, identify your audience, and monitor growth over time.
The Reports tab in Zoho Social auto-generates a list of metrics that are available for the following channels: Facebook Page, Twitter Profile, Instagram Business Profile, LinkedIn Company Page, Google My Business Listing, YouTube Channel, and Pinterest Profile.
The following pre-made reports are available on Zoho Social:
Summary Reports: Covers a basic rundown of all the basic stats for the social channels you've connected to your brand on Zoho Social.
Audience Reports: Displays the report in values of your audience's engagement with your brand.
Posts and Engagement Reports: Gives you a detailed report about users who engage with the posts that you put out on your social media channel.
Performance Reports: Gives you a performance report for the page in terms of views and clicks it received.
Reach and Impression Reports: Gives you stats about the number of times people click on your page and the number of people who view or click on your social channel page.
Reviews and Questions Reports: The reviews and questions for Google My Business Listing give a detailed view of the number of reviews and questions you received on your Google My Business Listing.
Messenger Reports: The messenger insights give an idea of the connections obtained and lost from Facebook Messenger.
Video Performance Reports: Gives details about how yourYouTube videos performed based on the views, the minutes spent to watch and the keywords used to search.
Cards and End Screen Reports: Gives you the report of how many views and clicks were generated on using cards, end screens and card teasers in your YouTube videos.
Reels and Engagement Reports: Gives insights on the engagement received on reels posted on Instagram.
Story Reports: The story reports give insights about the engagement received for posted Instagram stories.
