Approvals and Collaboration
Zoho Social has a Collaborate feature specially designed to optimize your team work. You can use Collaborate tab to get approval on your Draft posts.
When a Team Member shares a draft in the Collaborate tab, other colleagues can share their feedback and comments so that the post author can modify their draft before scheduling or publishing it directly via Zoho Social.
To discuss a Draft post for approval:
- Head over to the Drafts section under the Posts tab
- Hover your pointer over a particular post and click on the Discuss icon that appears
- This will take you to the Collaborate tab where you can share your ideas in the blank text box and attach external image files.
- Choose to share the discussion with: Everyone, Team Members, or Custom Share the discussion with a specific set of people in your team.
- Make it an interactive discussion thread with your team by posting your comments below the post.
