Publish from the web application

Note

1. Ensure the length of the video is between 1 and 600 seconds
   
2. The size of the video must be less than 1GB
   
3. Upload up to 4 images from the New post window, and up to 10 images from the Customize content window
4. The video dimensions must be at least 360x360
   
5. Line breaks in your caption will be excluded while publishing on TikTok from the web or mobile app due to API limitations 
   

To publish from web application

1. Click New Post.
   
2. Click the Add icon and select the TikTok profile. 
   
   
   
3. Click the Image () icon to attach the media files.
   You can attach up to four images here from the desktop, media library, Google Drive, Zoho Workdrive, Box, OneDrive, Dropbox, or Evernote, or create an image or video on Canva. 
   To attach up to 10 images, go to the Customize Content window. 
   
   
   
   
4. Once a video is uploaded, you can choose an appropriate thumbnail in the following ways:
   
1. Choose a custom video thumbnail - From the suggested images, you can choose the thumbnail you prefer to use as a cover for your video.
   
   
2. Choose frame - You can click the + icon to customise and choose a frame from the video timeline. Once you choose the required frame, click Apply to add it to the thumbnail suggestions.
   
   
5. Click Publish Now to publish the post right away on TikTok or schedule it if required. 
    

Publish from the Zoho Social mobile application

1. Tap the New Post () icon.
   
2. Tap the Add icon at the top left corner and select the TikTok channel.
   
3. Tap the Image () icon and select Choose from camera to capture a video, or select Choose from Gallery to add a video from your device.
   
4. Select the appropriate video.
   
5. Choose a custom video thumbnail by picking one from the suggested images, or choose a unique frame, or upload an image as cover. 
   
6. Click Save to save the thumbnail.
7. Tap Trim to adjust the video duration and hit Save.
   
   
8. Tap Next and select Publish Now to publish the video right away on TikTok. You can also choose to schedule the video by selecting a custom schedule option, Smart Q, or Custom Q. The post can also be saved as draft.
    
   
9. To publish it right away, do the following:
   
1. Tap Publish Now.
   
2. Read the steps and tap Open TikTok.
   
   
3. Select the video from Gallery and tap Next.
   
4. Paste the content from clipboard in the caption section and hit Post. 
   

View and comment/reply on posts

1. Go to the Posts tab and select the TikTok channel.
   
2. Select Promoted Posts, Scheduled Posts, Approvals, Unpublished posts, or Drafts.
3. Click the Calendar icon to view the publishing calendar. 

1. Go to the Posts tab and then to Published Posts.
   
2. Choose the TikTok channel.
   
3. Click on any post and add your comments/replies in the Post Details tab.

1. Go to the Posts tab and then to Published Posts.
   
2. Apply the network filter as TikTok. Your published TikTok posts will be listed here.
   
3. Open the post that you want to comment/reply on, add the content, and then post.
