Link Shortener - Frequently Asked Questions
There are two ways to create short links on Zoho Social. You if you have a Bit.ly account, you can integrate it with your Zoho Social for link shortening.
Or you could use Zoho Social's free built-in link shortening service, zurl. To configure this, follow these steps:
Go to Settings -> Publishing.
Here, you'll find the option to set your Default Link Shortener under Publishing Preferences.
Select a default shortener from the two options: Bit.ly and zurl.co.
Once you have selected one of the options, follow these steps to shorten any link:
Click New Post in the top-right corner of your Social dashboard.
Paste your original link in the compose box.
Click
to shorten the link.
