Can I engage with my audience directly from the Livestream tab?
Yes, you can comment, like and re-tweet posts from the Livestream tab directly, where you can also comment and engage with your audience.
If you find an interesting update in your Livestream tab, you can also turn it into an internal discussion with your team members. Simply click on the notification on the Livestream tab, and hit the 'Discuss' button.
Zoho CRM users who have integrated their product along with Zoho Social, will see an additional 'Add to CRM' feature upon opening a Livestream notification. By clicking this, one can directly add the poster as a CRM contact, right from the Livestream tab.
