if you've integrated your Zoho Social to your Zoho CRM account, you can go ahead and click on the +Add to CRM or automate the process by going to the Lead Generations tab in Setup.You can find the Add to CRM option in the Live Stream, Monitor tab columns, user popup, and Connections.
