How do I schedule reports?
To schedule a Dashboard:
- Go to the Dashboard
- From the top right, click on Email, select Schedule
- Type the name of the recipients from your team.
- You can choose to add a message to the email. (The subject will be preset)
- Select the Date range, frequency and time
- You also have the option to change the format of the Dashboard file (.pdf and .png).
The Dashboard will be sent in the set frequency to the recipients via email.
To schedule a Card:
- Go to Reports and head to the social network from which you want to schedule the Card
- When you hover over a Card, an ellipsis will show up at the right
- Click on the ellipsis and select Schedule
- Type the name of the recipients from your team.
- You can choose to add a message to the email. (The subject will be preset)
- Select the Date range, frequency and time
- You also have the option to change the format of the Card file (.pdf and .png).
The Card will be sent in the set frequency to the recipients via email.
To schedule a section of a Network Report,
- Go to the section (like Instagram Summary)
- Click on Email at the top right
- Select Schedule
- Type the name of the recipients from your team.
- You can choose to add a message to the email. (The subject will be preset)
- Select the Date range, frequency and time
