How many Dashboards can I create?
The Dashboards that you create are set by default to "Me Only" privacy. Only you and the Portal Admins have access to it.
However, you can choose to make them visible to them to your team members this way:
1. Go to the Dashboard you'd like to share with your team members
2. At the top left, click on the lock button that says 'Me Only'
3. You can either choose to share the Dashboard with all your team members by choosing 'All Members', or with selected members using 'Custom Share'. The selected members will get an email conveying that you have shared a dashboard with them.
Your team members will receive an email when you share the Dashboard with them for access.
