Is there a way to find out how many potentials I've lost or won in a time frame of my choice?

Absolutely! Head to CRM Reports and click on the Potentials column. In the top-right corner, you will notice a filter called Stage. By clicking on it, you will be able to filter your potentials in terms of Open, Won or Lost. Next, you can click on the calendar icon that's placed above the reports table to choose the time frame.

Here's what you'll find:
  1. The table consists of Potential Names along with other details such as Potential Owner, Lead Source, Contact Name, Closing Date, Probability, Stage, and Amount.

  2. You can view information about Potentials from CRM that are associated with your Zoho Social Connections.

  3. Clicking on a Potential or a Contact will open their records in Zoho CRM.

  4. Click the Lead Source filter located in the top-right corner of the report to view which social networks your Potentials were generated from.

  5. You can check the status of Potentials by selecting Stage, which is also located in the top-right corner of the report. The drop-down menu allows you to filter them as Open, Closed, and Lost.
